Zephaire 5

The innovative ZephAire 5 therapeutic support surface combines  a high flow, low-air-loss controller and a unique 5-zoned mattress. This results in a system that delivers ultra-low interface pressures. The mattress features a Proactive Sensor that anticipates several high risk situations and automatically compensates for them. Multiple therapy options are available to include low-air-loss, adjustable alternating pressure (AP), pulsation and a Heel Zone Regulator (HZR) which can reduce the internal air pressure in the heel zone by as much as 75%! Plus, the system has been designed with safety in mind. Unlike many other air surfaces, the ZephAire 5 mattress sides are made of high-density foam to help reduce the risk of falls or entrapment. The ZephAire 5 system has everything needed to prevent and treat a resident’s pressure ulcers.

Zenith Flex

The Zenith Flex Dual Therapy System has the flexibility to reconfigure and re-inflate itself anytime the resident moves or is repositioned. Whenever the pressure gradient inside the system’s 10 dynamic air cells changes, the cells automatically adjust to the optimum pressure. The unique controlled-release valve system of the Zenith Flex mattress allows these pressure changes to occur slowly to maximize comfort. To use it as a powered system simply connect the optional Controller Unit to the mattress to turn it into an Alternating Pressure Air -therapy system. The Zenith Flex Dual Therapy system can be converted in seconds and only when additional therapy is desired. Alternating Pressure therapy helps enhance capillary blood flow and continuously changes the pressure gradient of the mattress. Weight limit is 440lbs.

All air cushions are constructed of high quality and very pliable coated nylon for low shear and even lower interface pressures. The top sheet is highly vapor permeable and oversized providing a low friction, low shear barrier against complications due to moisture.

Auto Aire Select with Active Sensor Technology" is a portable, low-air-loss mattress system with optional alternating pressure designed to provide pressure management and patient comfort. With its Active Sensor Technology, located in the pelvic region of the mattress, caregivers are assured patients are receiving optimal pressure management. Once every minute the sensors actively check the patient's position on the mattress and make an inflation/deflation adjustment if necessary to bring the patient to their optimal pressure level.

Sof Matt® RSM

Powered Low-Air-Loss Mattress System for Long-Term and Acute Care Patients

The Sof"Matt RSM Low-Air-Loss Mattress System effectively redistributes patient weight and relieves pressure. The dual density foam crib provides lateral stability, making it easier for the patient to get in and out of bed and facilitating patient transfers. The soft cover stretches to minimize shear. Dual layers of air cells prevent bottoming out when the head of the bed is raised, and provide air depth greater than 5 inches for effective pressure relief. This mattress system offers the convenience of a quiet, internal pump that keeps the control unit out of the way and eliminates concerns about misplacing equipment. Gaymar's RSM low-air-loss technology provides airflow through the vapor permeable cover, helping to reduce the risk of skin maceration. A softer heel zone provides added protection for that sensitive area.
