The innovative ZephAire 5 therapeutic support surface combines  a high flow, low-air-loss controller and a unique 5-zoned mattress. This results in a system that delivers ultra-low interface pressures. The mattress features a Proactive Sensor that anticipates several high risk situations and automatically compensates for them. Multiple therapy options are available to include low-air-loss, adjustable alternating pressure (AP), pulsation and a Heel Zone Regulator (HZR) which can reduce the internal air pressure in the heel zone by as much as 75%! Plus, the system has been designed with safety in mind. Unlike many other air surfaces, the ZephAire 5 mattress sides are made of high-density foam to help reduce the risk of falls or entrapment. The ZephAire 5 system has everything needed to prevent and treat a resident’s pressure ulcers.

Aire-Select™

The Plexus Aire Select is a dynamic Low Air Loss Therapy surface (Assists with moisture control) and has Alternating Pressure. All air cushions are constructed of high quality and very pliable coated nylon for low shear and even lower interface pressures. The top sheet is highly vapor permeable and oversized providing a low friction, low shear barrier against complications due to moisture.

Auto Aire Select with Active Sensor Technology is a portable, low-air-loss mattress system with optional alternating pressure designed to provide pressure management and patient comfort. With its Active Sensor Technology, located in the pelvic region of the mattress, caregivers are assured patients are receiving optimal pressure management. Once every minute the sensors actively check the patient's position on the mattress and make an inflation/deflation adjustment if necessary to bring the patient to their optimal pressure level.

This revolutionary technology is the first true sensor on the market that actually makes adjustments based on patient position and anatomical make-up, rather than weight or to a predetermined set point.

The therapeutic support surface is lightweight and made of high quality materials. It conveniently rolls up for easy carrying with attached straps. Separate carrying case also available.

Auto Sure-Float™ Mattress Replacement System combines dynamic alternating pressure with the revolutionary Active Sensor Technology™ for continuous, effective pressure relief.
Unlike other alternating pressure mattresses that rely on patient weight or other predetermined settings to maintain optimal pressure levels, the Auto Sure-Float’s Active Sensor Technology actively makes adjustments based on a patient’s unique anatomical make-up and position in the bed.

With continuous inflation monitoring and regulation, the need for hand checks and manual adjustments is eliminated while proper support is assured.
